Trapped wind caused an involuntary bowel movement this morning, it was not serious and was easily dealt with. I get these embarrassing problems occasionally, it is caused by a combination of my IBS and the SSRI medication.
The new fans for my computer arrived today, I think I now have all the internal hardware set up how I want it. I just need to fine tune the cooling setup now before I start some system tweaking.
It is extra physio day today, I do about 1/2 hour of extra arm exercises once a week.
