Longer walk and housework left me feeling a bit shattered again.
The meeting yesterday tired me too, had a couple of hours sleep when I got home.
I don't think non stroke survivors understand how tiring everything can be! Mentally and physically, everything is tiring! Apparently it lessens after about a year... can't wait!
