This colder weather is making it more difficult to walk for me, it stiffens my muscles especially on my affected side, my everyday aches and pains are worse today!
I can't believe it's nearly a year since my stroke! I've accepted my new life now.....

I would have understood that binary if you'd have put the spaces in. I dunno. Some people with punctuation :) However, I can't pass up a challenge. Back to you on that.

Agree about the cold btw. Funny thing is, people think that nothing affects the affected side.
People presume that if bits don't work correctly, there's no feeling. Wrong. Cheers for highlighting that.
As for accepting..No. Please don't. Don't accept. I know it doesn't work for everyone, but physio, either NHS or that you do you yourself, is worth sticking with. But it takes time. Often a long time.
