I sympathise with that Andy - apparently my my ideal BMI is 25 and I've been stuck at 26 for flippin' weeks :)
Just to make life difficult, my GP has stopped using the BMI system, and now does something where they do height, weight and tum measurement, which apparently gives them a 'body fat' index.
Too Many fit, healthy, low-fat muscular Yorkshiremen with a BMI of 30 it seems! (Chuckle!)
I think this BMI is a bit of an obsession anyway,I have managed to lose 2 1/2 stone already, just the last bit being difficult. Having a stroke very effective for losing weight. But I wouldn't recommend it. Don't think it will be making the weightwatchers recommendations anytime soon!
Morning Andy :)
